There are also several activities that allow you to enjoy the coolness of the water, which is always appreciated in the summer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Download our address book for watercraft rentals and swimming spots <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourismehsf.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/THE-WATER-SPOTS.-ENGLISH.pdf\">here<\/a>!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Watercraft rentals<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What better way to enjoy a river or lake than to rent a canoe or kayak and go on an adventure? Several places offer watercraft rentals, including the P.-E. Perreault beach. It is possible to kayak, pedal boat and even paddle board. The scenery of Lac d&#8217;Argent is sure to enchant you. The Walter-MacKenzie Park offers canoe, kayak and pedal boat rentals. You can then enjoy the enchanting landscape of the Salmon River and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourismehsf.ca\/en\/list\/marecage-des-scots-regional-park\/\">Mar\u00e9cage-des-Scots regional park<\/a>. Finally, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourismehsf.ca\/en\/list\/sevigny-domain\/\">Domaine S\u00e9vigny<\/a> also offers canoe, kayak and pedal boat rentals, but also a swimming area! A great way to cool off on hot days. Note, however, that this offer is available to visitors to the domain only (overnight stay on site).<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Swimming<\/h2>\n<p>Whether you want to soak your feet or spend hours in the water, there are many places to swim. If you were planning to spend an afternoon paddleboarding at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourismehsf.ca\/en\/list\/plage-p--e-perreault-on-lac-d-argent\/\">P.-E. Perreault Beach,<\/a> be sure to arrive early to take advantage of the swimming area!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourismehsf.ca\/en\/list\/lingwick\/\">Lingwick Township<\/a> also has its own municipal beach. Bring your picnic and enjoy the sun and the salmon river. The beach is located on the rang des Pointes. Nearby is the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tourismehsf.ca\/en\/list\/mcvetty-mckenzie-covered-bridge\/\">McVetty-McKenzie covered bridge<\/a>. At 63 meters long, it is the longest (and most beautiful) in the Eastern Townships.
